Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your shoes, you can return your unworn shoes within 10 days and we will pay the return freight for one return from the original order. This means that if you ordered 2 pairs on one order and needed to return both pairs, they must be returned at the same time.

 

What about defective merchandise?

You may return any defective items within 60 days of shipment (some exceptions may apply) for a refund or exchange. Please note that we will provide an electronic prepaid return label.

  • Our free return policy applies to unused or defective merchandise only. Shoes that have been worn are not refundable unless they are defective. 

 

We are unable to exchange or refund merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.gottaflurt.com. Please return the product to the original retailer. 

 

Please send by email your return request with below information so we may process your return request. Gotta Flurt reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions without notice.

  • Sales order number
  • Your email address 
  • Reason for return (Need a different size, Wrong item ordered, Wrong item shipped, Didn't like item or Defective)
  • Your shipping address if need an exchange
  • For defective items, please attached 2-3 pictures of product
